May 11, 2015 Fishing report Upper Sunshine Resersvoir

Rainy, thunderstorms, hail, fish feeding sluggishly as to be expected.  Reservoir is still full, and clear.  East side roads mostly dry.  West side roads ok.  Fish are in great shape, small heads, huge bodies. Marked a lot of fish with fish finder at 5 feet in 10 feet of water along shore.   Fish are not in close to shore, at least on the west side of the reservoir.  Inlet is 23 feet deep with a lot of fish at around 15 feet.

Fishing report Upper Sunshine Reservoir 4/22/2015

Fishing was good mid afternoon. The average fish this year is around 18 inches with a big head/big body. Last year the average was around 16 inches. The reservoir is full, water fairly clear. Roads on the east side of the reservoir are still wet and muddy, will be next week before they be be dry enough to drive on. I did not fish at Lower Sunshine reservoir, side roads off the main road are muddy yet. Duane Feick
