The Shoshone River is a blue ribbon trout river which flows from the slopes of the Yellowstone Caldera, eastward through Cody, Wyoming, to join with renowned fly fishing mecca, the Big Horn River.

Save the Yellowstone Lake Cutthroat Trout
The Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout population had decreased to less than 10% of historic levels in Yellowstone Lake. This is largely due to predation by nonnative Lake Trout.
